About Us

We would like to welcome you to our website and practice. We would like you to know that we are committed to providing you the highest quality of care in the most gentle, efficient manner.

During your first visit, a thorough examination will be completed. This exam will include necessary x-rays as well as the use of other aids which may assist in making an accurate diagnosis of the condition of your mouth, teeth, and gums. In most instances, your dental condition will be determined at this visit, and a suitable treatment plan will be discussed with you. Once treatment is completed, our patients are entered in our continuing care program and have follow-up cleanings and check-ups at the appropriate time.

We have linked our Registration and Health History forms on the right side of this page. Please complete these at your convenience and bring them with you to your first visit. If you have dental insurance, you will need to bring your insurance card with you as well.

Please understand when you are scheduled for an appointment in our office, we set office facilities and staff time aside to exclusively serve you. Because of that, we encourage you to make every effort to keep your appointment or to notify us well in advance, at least 24 hours, when you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time.

Payment Policy

In an effort to keep fees down while providing the highest quality care, we have set a variety of payment options as follows:

• Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
• A discount will be given if payment is in the form of cash or check.
• We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
• Special financing and low monthly payment options are available through Care Credit. Contact our Financial Coordinator to establish an account with Care Credit.
